    REFUND POLICY

    Our returns policy lasts a full 14 days. We ask you to submit details on your return as soon as possible. But when 14 days have passed since your purchase - we will not be able to offer you a refund on the subscription.
    If you are seeking eligibility for return - send us the screenshot in a detailed email about your issue. In order to complete your return we will require the bill of sale and proof purchase of the service. Attach your 2 page bill to your request for a refund.


    Applicable refunds:

    Once you submit your return we will inspect each receipt and notify you when we have received your request. We will send out a secondary approval or rejection for the refund. If you are approved for a refund, credit will automatically be applied to your method of payment within 7-10 business days.


    Missing funds from refund:

    If you have been approved for a refund and you haven’t yet received the funds, please check the payment that we processed with your credit card account or bank. There is often a significant processing time when a refund is posted with the bank. If it has been more than a full month since we agreed to send out your refund, contact us at our support for solutions.
